We'll start by searching the USPTO databases to determine if similar or conflicting trademarks are already filed and move to other jurisdictions as needed.

Preparation of trademark specimen
A trademark specimen is a sample of how you use your trademark in your business. SCD will prepare your unique specimen for filing and ensure that it meets the requirements for the type of filing.

Submission of the trademark application
Classes are used to organize a trademark according to the type of goods or services they are used in connection with. SCD will help you to determine the proper classes for your intellectual property to complete your trademark application

Communicate with the trademark examination officer
The trademark examination officer will review the application to ensure that it meets the necessary legal and technical requirements. SCD will manage all communication about your application
